  • Please note that we will do our best to package each product in the most effective way possible to minimise damage and reduce waste to the environment. Please keep in mind that the packaging may include materials that protect the items so take care when unwrapping items.

  • All efforts are made to keep stock levels and product information up to date. In the situation where an item is not available we will endeavour to provide an equivalent product or a refund after discussing with you (i.e. the seller).
  • Parcel dimensions may vary depending on how the product is packaged. We will do our best to package each item in a way that reduces size, weight and waste however some items need more protective material to ensure safe delivery.
  • We do not provide international shipping options.
  • Items will normally be processed on the next busiess day after order is procesed. A shipment tracking number and notification will be sent to the customer once items are dispatched. Bargain Flash Store cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery caused by freight companies or intermediaries used.

    The customer is responsible for the order once the package arrives at the supplied delivery address. Bargain Flash Store cannot be held responsible if the package goes missing once delivered. If any items are received damaged, the customer must notify Bargain Flash Store within 48 hours of receiving them. Please see returns policy below.

    Bargain Flash Store  cannot be held responsible for items that do not arrive to the customer due to errors made by the customer when entering the address details. Also note that the address must be accessible to courier drivers and if no shipping instructions are left then Bargain Flash Store needs to ensure that there is someone to receive the package. 

    Please also note that deliveries made to business addresses or at a place of work are considered received once they arrive at the address. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the item is safely received.

Refund

REFUND POLICY

If you change your mind on a product purchased you are entitled to a refund on the purchase price (freight costs are not refunded) if you contact Bargain Flash Store within 21 days from date of receiving the product and advise Bargain Flash Store of the reason for the change of mind. You are entitled to a full refund of the purchase price if you provide us with the proof of purchase, all packaging/tags/instructions are attached to the item(s) and the product is in the same condition as when it was received (including all tags, packaging etc). Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product to the address provided by Bargain Flash Store to the customer. Bargain Flash Store will provide a full refund of the purchase price within 21 days on confirmation of the product being received by Bargain Flash Store from the customer. 

In the event of any items received being damaged or incorrect items received the following policy applies:

A. The customer is obliged to send through (photographic) evidence and a detailed explantion of the issue to Bargain Flash Store directly. These photographs need to be (digitally) date marked and sent to bargainflashstoreus@outlook.com citing the name, email address, and order number. Upon inspection/review Bargain Flash Store will decide upon one of three options:

I. The damage warrants a discount;

II. The damage warrants a refund; or

III. A new item will be sent out.

B. Refunds are applicable for the items only and do not include the price paid for shipping.

C. Bargain Flash Store reserves the right to deviate from the above if applicable to an individual case.
